Composite :Tooling or Aluminium/Steel tooling are used on case to case basis.

Styled and Engineered in-house by an international team, incorporating latest trends, materials and process by maintaining International Standards for aerodynamics, pedestrian safety norms, mechanical properties etc.

Development by using conventional method and CAD, starting from concept/sketch or a CAD model.

OEM quality, engineering options for fitment on-line and dealer's end.

Styling Kit available with all do-it-yourself materials like templates and fitment instruction manual etc.

Both Primer & Painted options available.

Mechanical Properties (PU RRIM)
- Flexural Modulas > 900 MPa
- Tensile Modulas > 700 MPa
- Tensile Strength > 20 MPa
- Elongation at Break - 100%
- HDT > 170 °C
- Hardness > 60 Shore D

* The above mechanical properties mentioned are based on specific raw material grade and part thickness.



This kit is specially designed to enhance the strong appeal and presence of Maruti Alto. The kit comprises of Full Bumper (Front and Rear), Bumper Adaptors, Roof Spoiler, Side Skirt (Left and Right). You have the choice and options of going for the look that suites you the most.
